Long-time readers are familiar with Georgia (the country).
But I recently sent one of my analysts to Georgia to deliver a boots-on-the-ground update. And after he briefed me on the situation, I’m still very excited about the country’s prospects.
Political and economic reforms of the early 2000-s transformed Georgia from an ex-Soviet backwater into a new economy free of corruption and red tape… and full of opportunities.
The new government, elected in 2013, continues to be very pro-business. And the business environment continues to improve under the current administration.
In addition to the business opportunities, Georgia also offers a wonderful, Western-quality of life… at a fraction of the price.
I like to compare Georgian lifestyle with that of Latin America – more relaxed and family oriented – but without major Latin American problems (i.e., violent crime is almost non-existent in Georgia).
But here’s the best part…
If you want to study, invest or even work in Georgia, you don’t need a legal residency (though I’d still recommend getting one). If you come from one of the 90+ approved countries, Georgia will allow you to live there with no paperwork whatsoever.
In today’s alert, you will learn how to obtain a permanent residency in Georgia that never expires; how to open a bank account in 20 minutes; you will even learn what wines you should try while there (Georgia is also a great wine destination with 8,000 years of winemaking traditions).
Read about it all here.
